My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were very nice and one of the best I have experienced. Our deluxe double room was huge, with the kids having their own space to sleep, a massive balcony overlooking our private pool area, and it was spotlessly clean. The only downside was the absence of a bath with the sea view. But the overall experience felt like heaven, especially thanks to the attentive cleaning staff who kept everything immaculate.
The hotel offers a spectacular lake house experience with free daily restocking of rooms within minutes of leaving reception. The service is exceptional with a fantastic team always ready to assist and make guests feel comfortable. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel is a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
Staying in a suite with a balcony and private pool was a dream. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had lovely welcome treats. The view of the pool and sea was breathtaking, making it hard to leave the room. The service was outstanding, among the best I've experienced, with staff so attentive and helpful. The location was perfect, although some issues with room odor were noted. The dining options were varied but lacked a bit in taste. Overall, a great value for a luxurious stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, always clean, and located on the top floor with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. The high level room exceeded my expectations, providing enough comfort to spend days without leaving. However, the location being far from the main building and activities did slightly dampen my holiday.
